Gentle, considered care rooted in Osteopathy
Supporting your recovery with calm, specialist, whole‑body treatment.
Your Practitioner, Hannah
Registered Osteopath
My name is Hannah, and I am a Registered Osteopath. I’ve been using hands‑on therapy for over 25 years to ease aches, pains and tension, and to support people in feeling more comfortable and at ease in their bodies.
After five years of intensive training, I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2015 and am registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Specialist Skills
Alongside gentle osteopathic care, I am qualified in medical acupuncture and trained in the clinical Fill & Flush method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for lymphoedema management and post‑operative recovery. I have also trained with Restore Scar Therapy. I have extensive experience supporting oncology, palliative and post‑operative patients, bringing a calm, sensitive and considered approach to every stage of care.
A Gentle, Considered Approach
Rooted in Osteopathy
First and foremost, I am an Osteopath — and the path that led me here has shaped the way I practise today.
My work is rooted in osteopathy: regulated, evidence‑informed, hands‑on care that considers how the body functions, adapts and recovers.
Supporting Complex Needs
Early in my career, I found myself drawn to patients whose needs extended beyond typical musculoskeletal care — people navigating cancer treatment, living with lymphatic changes, recovering from major surgery, or adapting to the long‑term effects of trauma.
Working with this group changed the direction of my practice. I saw how vulnerable the body can feel during and after treatment, and how much difference gentle, well‑judged, whole‑body support can make. It became clear that these patients needed an approach that was both clinically informed and sensitive to the realities of healing.
Gentle, Low‑Force Techniques
This led me to undertake further clinical training in manual lymphatic drainage and scar therapy, building on my experience in oncology and hospice settings. Alongside this, I developed and refined very gentle osteopathic techniques — low‑force, non‑manipulative approaches that can be used safely and effectively with people who are healing, fatigued or experiencing significant physiological change.
Care, Precision & Sensitivity
Bringing these skills together has allowed me to work in the way that feels most aligned with my values: treating each person as a whole, supporting their recovery with care and precision, and helping them feel more at home in their bodies during times of change.
Today, alongside osteopathy, I offer specialist clinics supporting people before and after surgery, during and after cancer treatment, and those adapting to trauma‑related changes. My focus is always on providing thoughtful, informed, patient‑centred care — grounded in osteopathic principles and guided by the clinical judgement my patients require.
